I'm business owner, the mum to two very busy teens girls and I am super passionate about making our community a better place.

Since starting my business 9 years ago, I have learnt first hand what juggling is required to keep on top of running a successful organisation.

I have been in the VA biz for the past 9 years providing accounting and administrative support to a variety of organisations differing in size and structure.

Prior to going out on my own I had over 22 years experience in payroll, accounts and administration within the hospitality, manufacturing, education, information technology and real estate industries.

But I‘m a number cruncher at heart and love nothing more than assisting clients with their bookkeeping and accounting tasks.

Whether you are based locally or nationally, because we work virtually we can support anyone - anywhere.

 

I only need occasional, ad-hoc support so I don’t need to commit to a monthly package. Can I still hire you?

 

Yes! Our services are flexible and work to fit with our clients’ needs. Whether ongoing or casual - we have a package or hourly rate to suit everyone.

 

Do you ever work on-site at your client’s place of work?

 

Yes! Whilst primarily we work virtually (from a home office) if you need a minutes secretary or someone to sit in on a meeting, Alice is more then happy to attend if it is within Hamilton or the surrounding townships.

Alice will also pop into your offices to collect receipts and papers for IRD filing purposes, or alternatively you can drop them off to our Hamilton address if you would prefer. 

If you are looking for occasional in-house office cover we are happy to chat about that (special rates may apply).
